McGILL RESEARCH STUDY - PARTICIPANTS NEEDED!
Researchers from the McGill University’s School of Human Nutrition are investigating how young adults with type 1 diabetes make their food choices. Understanding how patients plan, select and prepare their food may be the missing piece to improving health behaviours to help in the prevention of comorbidities and complications in type 1 diabetes. It is crucial to understand the potential barriers that young adults face when trying to integrate their nutritional knowledge into concrete actions.
The study is looking for Canadians between 18-29 years old with type 1 diabetes. If you fall into this demographic, please take a moment to complete the survey.
