Cancellation Policy:

Requests for Conference Refunds will be honoured only if notification of cancellation is received in writing or via email.  Attendee substitutions are encouraged if the substitution is made in writing or via email.

February 14, 2025 – All cancellations received after February 14, 2025 will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

​

March 7, 2025 – All cancellations received after March 7, 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

​

March 21, 2025 – All cancellations after March 21, 2025 are non-refundable.
